EV Charging Station /PPA Project Management

Responsibilities:
1.Account Management:​ Manage the full lifecycle of existing accounts for JA Thailand. support the team to follow-up project development, conduct on-site technical evaluations, and ensure execution. Maintain rigorous progress tracking and reporting alignment with headquarters.

2.Business Development (C&I Solar PPA):​ Spearhead the origination and development of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) rooftop solar PPA projects or EV Charging Station Projet. Ensure strict adherence to Thai regulatory frameworks and local compliance standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

a) Volume of qualified leads generated.

b) Number of active cases in the negotiation pipeline.

c) Number of successfully commissioned projects.

3.Coordination & Operations:​ Facilitate communication and information synchronization between the Thai team and global headquarters. Provide operational and administrative support during the initial setup phase of the entity/office.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Training: Possess on-site management and emergency handling capabilities.
3. Work Experience: 3+ years of construction/development experience; preference for candidates with experience in industrial/commercial PV projects or charging station projects in Thailand. Familiar with EPC quality, schedule, and safety control; familiar with charging station grid connection procedures; familiar with O&M key points.
4. Skills: Proficient in Chinese and Thai or English; based in Bangkok, Thailand; no nationality restriction.
5. Competencies: Ability to work independently, sharp insight, strong communication and coordination skills; able to work under pressure, good team spirit and cross-departmental drive.
