EV Diagnostic Technician – XPENG

We're looking for hands-on, curious and technically minded Service Technicians who want to work with next-generation electric vehicles and smart automotive technology.

🔧 What You'll Do

· Diagnose and repair XPENG EVs

· Work with EV battery, motor and charging systems

· Troubleshoot electrical & electronic systems

· Use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle faults

· Perform scheduled maintenance and vehicle inspections

· Follow high-voltage safety procedures

· Support software/system diagnostics and calibration

· Replace and repair vehicle components

· Complete repair orders and technical reports

· Support warranty and recall campaigns

· Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians

· Make sure every vehicle leaves the workshop safe and ready to drive

🚀 What We're Looking For

· Certificate / Diploma / SKM / DKM in Automotive / Electrical / Mechatronics / EV

· 1–3 years' automotive technician experience preferred

· EV / Hybrid experience is a big plus

· Good understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical systems

· Comfortable using diagnostic equipment

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Safety-conscious and detail-oriented

· Willing to learn new EV technologies

· Good English & Bahasa Malaysia

· Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus

· Valid Class D driving licence

· Working Location: Balakong, Cheras
