EV Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for hands-on and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Hub Manager and Hub Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our EV fleet hub. The candidate will be responsible for driver management, vehicle availability, EV charging coordination, fleet utilization, and ensuring smooth hub operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations and ensure smooth operational execution.
• Manage a team of 8 hub/operations staff
• Manage and coordinate hub staff and field operations.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, readiness, and deployment.
• Plan and monitor daily EV charging schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, and breakdown resolution.
• Track driver productivity and vehicle performance.
• Maintain daily operational MIS, Excel trackers, and performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor operational targets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation or EV operations
• Experience managing drivers and field teams
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and operational reports
• EV fleet experience will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
