Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EV Technical Development Engineer to support the development, testing, validation, troubleshooting and improvement of EV products and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of EV products and systems.
• Understand EV architecture and major electrical and electronic components.
• Work with engineering teams to implement technical requirements and product improvements.
• Support testing, validation and troubleshooting of EV systems.
• Analyse technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Work with battery systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS), motors, motor controllers, chargers and related EV components.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on technical requirements.
• Support prototype development, testing and field validation.
• Coordinate with production, service and sales teams to resolve technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimisation.

Required Technical Skills

• EV architecture and electrical systems.
• Lithium-ion battery systems and BMS.
• EV motors and motor controllers.
• EV chargers and charging systems.
• Power electronics and electrical wiring.
• Testing, validation, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering or a related discipline. Hands-on EV, battery or automotive technical experience is preferred.

Compensation

Maximum budget: ₹12 LPA. Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, current/last drawn CTC and technical suitability.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
