EV Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing training to dealers and authorized service outlets on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, diagnostic equipment usage, and troubleshooting for the Thailand market. Resolve technical issues related to vehicles in the Thailand market under the guidance of HQ engineers, and travel to dealer locations to provide on-site technical support when required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training to dealers and authorized service outlets on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, diagnostic equipment usage, and troubleshooting for the Thailand market
• Resolve technical issues related to vehicles in the Thailand market under the guidance of HQ engineers
• Travel to dealer locations to provide on-site technical support when required
• Review and analyze maintenance and repair cases, and regularly provide technical training and guidance to dealer technicians
• Review warranty claim documents submitted by dealers in Thailand and support dealer business reviews
• Manage dealer service tools and equipment in Thailand, including standard implementation, equipment management, and regular inspections
• Monitor EV product quality in the Thailand market, prepare regular quality reports, and identify potential batch quality issues for early warning
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of market quality issues
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

About you

• 3 years of hands-on experience in electric vehicle repair and maintenance (without Bachelor's degree is OK)
• Proficient in oral communication skills in Thai and Chinese
• Work experience in automotive industry technical support is preferred
• Understand the knowledge of automotive three electricity
• Can adapt to unexpected business trips in Thailand
• Positive and proactive learner
• Competent in using Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
