EV Technician

An EV Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining electric vehicles so they are safe and Ready for Deployment (RFD). Main responsibilities:

 Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems in EVs.
 Repair issues related to motor, controller, battery, charger, wiring, brakes, tyres, suspension, display, and connectors.
 Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance.
 Identify the root cause before replacing any parts.
 Open and update the Service App ticket for every repair/service.
 Record all parts replaced or consumed.
 Use only approved and compatible spare parts.
 Test the vehicle properly after completing repairs.
 Make vehicles RFD within the assigned timeline.
 Report major issues, warranty cases, accident/damage cases, and battery problems to the manager.
 Coordinate with the Hub Manager and Operations Team.
 Maintain tools and keep the service bay clean and organized.
 Follow safety procedures while working on electrical and mechanical systems.
 Share required photos/videos and service updates.
 Complete daily service and RFD targets.
Required skills:
 Basic knowledge of EV electrical and mechanical systems.
 Understanding of BLDC motor, controller, battery/BMS, charger, wiring and connectors.
 Basic troubleshooting skills.
 Ability to use a smartphone and Service App.
 Good communication and reporting skills.  Ability to work within service timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
