EV Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate EV Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training on Electric Vehicles, EV components, battery technology, charging systems, and basic EV maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with the ability to explain concepts through hands-on demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on Electric Vehicles and EV technology.
• Train learners on EV architecture, components, systems, and operating principles.
• Provide hands-on training in EV battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers, DC-DC converters, and wiring.
• Demonstrate EV diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Explain different types of EVs, including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and 4-wheelers.
• Train candidates on EV charging systems and charging safety procedures.
• Teach basic electrical and electronic concepts relevant to EVs.
• Conduct practical demonstrations using EV training kits, vehicles, batteries, and diagnostic equipment.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, practical assignments, and assessment material.
• Conduct tests and practical assessments to evaluate learner performance.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and other documentation.
• Ensure proper safety practices while conducting practical sessions.
• Keep learners updated on emerging EV technologies and industry practices.
• Coordinate with the project/centre team to ensure smooth delivery of the training program.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Electric Vehicle technology and systems.
• Good understanding of EV batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, and charging systems.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic circuits.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common EV issues.
• Strong practical and hands-on skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to teach technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Good classroom and learner-management skills.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E./ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Relevant EV certification/training will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience as an EV Trainer, EV Technician, Automobile Trainer, Electrical Trainer, or EV Service Technician.
• Experience in skill development projects, vocational training institutes, ITIs, automotive training centres, or government/CSR training programs will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
