About the role
The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years of pastoral experience, with a proven track record in leading youth and young adults ministries. This role is deeply relational, mission focused, and suited for someone passionate about teaching Scripture, discipling believers, and fostering a vibrant, Christ centred community.

About you
- Minimum 7 years pastoral experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead youth and young adults
- Ability to build teams and develop emerging leaders
- Alignment with Evangelical theology, values, and mission
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Permanent Residency in New Zealand (PR required)
