Position Summary

iGreen Plus Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and hands-on professional to join our global EVC team in Kuala Lumpur. The role combines technical support and project management responsibilities across the full life cycle of electric vehicle charging infrastructure - from market development and solution support to site construction, commissioning, handover and maintenance

The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, customers, engineering teams, suppliers, contractors and service partners to support EVC business expansion and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Local market expansion support: Assist business and sales teams with technical discussion, solution proposals, project feasibility assessments and customer presentations.
• Technical support: Provide technical guidance for AC and DC EV charging systems, electrical distribution, charger communication, installation and commissioning.
• Project management: Coordinate EVC projects from planning and site survey through engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Site delivery: Support and supervise installation quality, construction progress, safety compliance, testing and acceptance activities.
• Maintenance support: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts and service partner activities.
• Problem resolution: Work with engineering, R&D;, vendors and contractors to identify root causes and close technical issues efficiently.
• Project control: Track schedule, quality, cost risks and action items, and prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Documentation: Prepare or review technical proposals, site survey reports, method statements, testing records, handover documents and maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechatronics, Project Management or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year or relevant experience in EV charging, electrical systems, renewable energy, EPC projects, technical support, field service or project management.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in EV charger installation, commissioning, troubleshooting or maintenance will be preferred.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

• AC and DC EV chargers and charging station architecture.
• LV electrical distribution, transformers, MDBs, switchgear, protection and cabling.
• Site survey, electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and installation quality control.
• Testing, commissioning, fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.
• Basic networking, charger communication and backend/CPO platform concepts.
• Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and project scheduling tools are an advantage.

Language Requirements

• English: Required for daily communication, meetings, reports and international project coordination.
• Mandarin: Preferred."We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• Other languages will be considered an advantage.
