Evening and Weekend Servers

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS , ensuring timely delivery
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and flair, maintaining high standards of presentation
• Upsell menu items including desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling duties responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub background
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately using POS systems; basic math skills are essential
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification; understanding of sanitation standards is required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts; experience in nightlife or nightclub environments is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
