Evening Bread Baker

ATTENTION BREAD BAKERS (EVENING SHIFT)

If you’re just looking for a quiet bakery job…
keep scrolling.

CocoBellas Bakery in St. Clair, MI isn’t that kind of place.

People line up here.
Our bread sells out.
Food lovers drive across the region just to get a loaf while it’s still warm.

And right now we’re looking for REAL bread bakers to join our evening team.

Not hobby bakers.
Not someone who “likes baking.”
We mean people who understand fermentation, timing, and the craft.

Working at CocoBellas means:

Producing bread people crave and come back for
Owning the evening bake and setting up the next day’s success
Working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
Being surrounded by a team that takes pride in what they do
Being part of a bakery that’s quickly becoming a regional sensation

But let’s be honest…

This job isn’t easy.

It’s late hours.
It’s physical.
It takes precision and consistency every single day.

You need to move with purpose.
You need to understand dough — not guess.
You need to care about every loaf that leaves the oven.

If that sounds like you — we’d love to meet you.

If not, that’s okay.

But if you want to be part of something exciting, hands-on, and growing fast…
this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
