Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff during evening hours, ensuring efficient task completion.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules that align with operational needs and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld.
• Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
• Enforce health and safety regulations related to custodial work, including proper handling of chemicals and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning.
• Prior supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
• Strong communication skills suitable for managerial interactions with staff and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
