Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Evening Concierge to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors during evening hours 15:30 to 00:30 ( half past midnight)The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout the evening shift
• Manage guest requests and enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
• Conduct accurate data entry related to guest information, and other administrative tasks
• Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette when handling calls and messages
• Carry out Building walks to maintain security of building
• Check bin rooms and swap bins over
• carry out pool testing of chemicals ( training will be provided )
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming.
• collect meter readings once a week

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in data entry with attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clientele
• Ability to analyse situations quickly and offer effective solutions
• Previous experience in hospitality or concierge services will be considered an asset
