Evening Cook (4pm-10:30pm)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Evening Cook to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing quality food, completing customer orders accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
• Complete customer food orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation procedures
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food-safety procedures
• Keep cooking equipment, counters, and food preparation areas clean
• Restock food, ingredients, and supplies throughout the shift
• Properly label, date, and store food products
• Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management
• Sweep, mop, take out trash, and complete assigned cleaning duties
• Complete all required kitchen closing duties before leaving
• Work cooperatively with cashiers and other team members
• Follow all health, sanitation, safety, and company policies

Experience

• Previous cooking or food-service experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work the full 4:00 PM–10:30 PM shift
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance

Attendance and reliability are extremely important. Applicants should have dependable transportation and be able to consistently report to scheduled shifts on time.
