Evening Cook

We are looking for a dependable individual with strong customer service skills to fill a Part Time positions as a cook for our Evening Social.

Social Associates are responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, quality food and alcohol service.

Job Requirements:

• Provide the highest quality of service to the Guest at all times.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
• Provide assistance in Food and Beverage areas including bussing, cleaning and resetting tables, delivering food to Guests, general cleaning of prep areas and other areas within the lobby.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all guest and co-workers.
• Ability to perform all tasks as outlined in the training and property specific checklists.
• Prolonged period of standing and/or walking.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and upward reaching.
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Compliance with all the brand standard operating procedures as well as OSHA.

Position Title: Evening Social Attendant

Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Required)
