Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Evening Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during evening hours, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience. You will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide accurate information about our property and local attractions. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
• Manage guest reservations using property management systems.
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Assist guests with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests to enhance their stay experience
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and efficiently
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to improve service quality
