Weekends and Holidays are required; Evening shifts are 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
• Handling all guest requests in a timely professional manner
• Adhering to Marriott required Chat Response, Mobile Key , Case Set up/ Response requirements, Bonvoy membership enrollments to brand standards.
• Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly while providing detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Light cleaning; replenishing gift shop.
• Running items to guestrooms
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, responding swiftly to any incidents or safety concerns during the evening shift.
• Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts.
• Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS).
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and guest relations.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes to ensure safety and operational accuracy.
• Excellent phone communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for handling guest inquiries and client communication.
• Experience in resort environments or hotel experience that enhances guest services and property management capabilities.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
