Location: Tastyland – Monroeville, PA
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM–10:30 PM

Tastyland is looking for a friendly, dependable Evening Shift Manager to join our Monroeville team! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with fast-casual restaurant experience who enjoys working with customers, supporting a team, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support team members throughout evening shifts
• Take customer orders, operate the register, and assist with food preparation
• Work alongside the team in both grill and ice cream areas
• Provide friendly customer service and help resolve customer concerns
• Keep operations running smoothly, ensuring accurate orders, cleanliness, and food safety

What We’re Looking For

• Previous fast-casual restaurant experience required
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lead by example, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable availability Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM–10:30 PM

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
