Evening Shift Supervisor

Purcell Commercial Cleaning, LLC is an established janitorial and maintenance company with over 20 years in the industry, operating out of Munster, IN . Purcell Commercial Cleaning currently services Indiana and Illinois. Spanish speaking a plus!

We’re hiring dependable and motivated Evening/Night Supervisors to oversee multiple client sites throughout Northwest Indiana.

Night Supervisor:

Night Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to:

• At least one year of healthcare or commercial housekeeping experience is required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must present and maintain a valid driver’s license at all times
• Must be reliable, honest and dependable
• Must have ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Detailed oriented, hard worker, self-motivated and have strong work ethic
• Must be in good physician condition: able to lift to 50 lbs
• Must Inspect all designated accounts nightly, to ensure it is to the company’s and client’s standards
• Ability to train or cross train employees
• Deliver supplies to accounts as needed
• Cover one or more cleaning accounts when needed (ie., banks, schools, & medical centers)
• The ability to remain calm and controlled under challenging circumstances
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning products
• Communicate complaints, comments, or concerns to support staff and Operation Supervisors
• Other duties as required but not limited to the above information

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

· Pay is based on experience

· Individual Retirement Account (IRA) after one year of service

· Paid Time off after one year of service
