Position Summary

Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an Event Account Assistant to support event-related customer accounts, promotional activities, and event coordination. This entry-level role combines customer service, account support, and event operations for individuals interested in developing experience across marketing and event management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer and account communications related to events.
• Support the planning and coordination of promotional events.
• Maintain accurate event account records and documentation.
• Assist with event schedules, materials, and logistical details.
• Communicate event information to customers and attendees.
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Gather feedback and help prepare post-event reports.
• Coordinate with team members to address event-related needs.
• Represent client brands professionally during events and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or event experience is helpful but not required.
