If you're highly organised, love working with systems and enjoy seeing an event come together from planning through to delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Assisting with awards program administration and stakeholder communications
  • Liaising with internal teams to support event promotion and member engagement
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience

About you

  • Confidence working with databases, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Experience with EventsAir, OpenWater or similar event platforms will be highly regarded

Why join HIA?

At HIA, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that delivers events valued by members across the residential building industry.

  • Paid parental leave
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Life and Salary Continuance Insurance
