What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage on-site operations for assigned events, including check-in, field/venue setup, and game-day logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for teams, coaches, parents, officials, and vendors, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Availability to work weekends, and potentially extended hours for week-long tournaments, especially during peak seasons.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and being outdoors for long periods, often in varying weather conditions (Louisiana heat/humidity).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., event supplies, signage).
- Reliable transportation to and from the event facility.
Nice to Have

- Gain valuable hands-on experience in sports and event management at a growing multi-sport facility.
- Opportunity to take ownership and make critical decisions during live events.
- Be part of a dynamic and energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences.
- Flexible part-time schedule primarily focused on event days.
- Potential for growth into more significant roles as Bayou Nation expands.
