Event Ambassador

Overview

Join our event team and help create a great fan experience by introducing visitors to The Kallang App and The Kallang Kaki, our in-app loyalty programme.

Responsibilities

• Engage event visitors and introduce the benefits of The Kallang App and The Kallang Kaki membership.
• Explain on-site activations, including Fan Messaging, Premium WiFi, and exclusive member welcome perks available upon sign-up.
• Encourage visitors to download the app and register as members.
• Answer basic questions and provide friendly assistance throughout the activation.
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience while representing The Kallang brand professionally.

Requirements

• Able to work flexible hours (evening time), including occasional weekends based on operational requirements

• Friendly, outgoing and confident communicators.

• Comfortable approaching and interacting with members of the public.

• Passionate about customer service and creating memorable event experiences.

• Reliable, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced event environment.
