Event Ambassador (On-site)

About the role

Join our team as an Event Ambassador and gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, events and business development. You'll be working alongside an experienced team across different campaigns, events and promotional activities while building skills that can take you further in your career.

Key responsibilities

• Represent well-known brands at events, roadshows, campaigns and promotional activities
• Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face engagement
• Introduce and explain products, services and campaign offers to potential customers
• Support the team in planning, setting up and executing marketing activities
• Communicate with different types of customers and audiences confidently
• Work towards individual and team campaign objectives
• Take part in business development and new market expansion
• Build your confidence, communication, sales and leadership abilities through practical experience
• Take on greater responsibilities as you develop within the team

About you

• A fresh graduate, entry-level candidate or someone looking for a career change
• Willing to learn and comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone
• Confident, friendly and enjoy meeting new people or simply motivated to become better at it
• Proactive, responsible and able to work towards goals
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in marketing, business development, sales or leadership
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
