Event and Activation Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event and Activation Project Manager to join Products Bangkok Co.,Ltd. This is a full-time position based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. As Event and Activation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse portfolio of events and brand activation campaigns that drive engagement and create memorable experiences for our clients and audiences. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact projects that align with our strategic objectives and enhance brand visibility in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage end-to-end event and activation projects from concept through execution and post-event evaluation
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all event components
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery to meet quality standards
• Conduct site surveys and logistics planning to ensure optimal event setup and guest experience
• Develop creative concepts and activation strategies that align with client objectives and target audience requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Prepare comprehensive event reports, including attendance metrics, budget reconciliation, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging effectiveness
• Lead on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that arise during execution

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, project management, or brand activation within the advertising, media, or events industry
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events ranging from small-scale activations to large-scale conferences or festivals
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about event concepts and delivery
• Knowledge of local Bangkok event logistics, venues, and vendor networks is highly desirable
• Fluency in English and Thai is preferred; additional language skills are a plus
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting
