Event & Communication Manager

We are now looking for a highly enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated candidate to join our RAINBOW FOUNDATION which is a charitable institution serving the underprivileged in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver all aspects of events and fundraising activities;

• Design promotional campaigns and formulate communication strategies to maximize exposure, public participation and donations;

• Establish cross-sector cooperation and communication and expand partnerships with social welfare organizations, schools and corporations;

• Conduct presentation, prepare proposals, quotation and regular reports;

• Supervise 3-4 junior staff on daily operation.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field;

• Minimum 11-15 years’ experience in marketing, and/or event management with fundraising and experience in NGO would be highly preferred;

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in supervision role with exceptional skills in problem solving;

• Strong client servicing, communication and coordination skills;

• Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work independently;

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office;

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion.
