Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a professional vendor profile showcasing your services, experience, portfolio, and previous work
• Respond professionally and promptly to client enquiries and service requests
• Participate in video consultations with potential clients where appropriate
• Understand client requirements and provide accurate, professional quotes for requested services
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, pricing, availability, and booking requirements
• Deliver agreed services to a high professional standard and provide an excellent client experience
• Maintain accurate information regarding your availability, services, pricing, and booking requirements
• Work collaboratively with other event and creative professionals when projects require multiple vendors
• Provide high-quality photographs, videos, content, or other examples of your work to support your vendor profile
• Maintain professional standards throughout the client journey, from initial enquiry through to completion of the service
• Keep your Memory With You profile and business information current and up to date

Requirements

• Proven experience in your chosen event, creative, hospitality, or professional service
• Strong portfolio or examples of previous work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and responsive approach to client enquiries
• Ability to clearly explain your services and provide pricing or starting rates
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to meet agreed deadlines and deliver services as promised
• Relevant qualifications, licences, certifications, or insurance where required for your particular service
• Ability to work independently and professionally with clients
• Experience working with private, corporate, social, or special events is desirable
