Event & Marketing Executive

About the role

Scale Advertising Solutions is an event management and marketing company specializing in automotive showroom events, mall roadshows, product launches, exhibitions and brand activations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning events, coordinating suppliers, solving problems and seeing projects come to life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute showroom events, roadshows, launches and brand activations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, event crew and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Coordinate event manpower, logistics, transportation, equipment, materials, setup and dismantling
• Prepare event schedules, operational checklists and execution plans
• Conduct site visits and oversee on-site event setup and operations
• Monitor event progress, troubleshoot operational issues and ensure client requirements are fulfilled
• Source suitable suppliers, obtain quotations and coordinate procurement within approved budgets
• Manage event inventory, equipment and materials to ensure proper usage and storage
• Capture event photos, videos and behind-the-scenes content for marketing purposes
• Create and publish engaging social media content, including reels and event highlights

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, event operations or a related role
• Able to independently coordinate suppliers, manpower, logistics and event setup
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Canva
• Basic photography, videography or video editing skills are an advantage
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight event deadlines
• Willing to work on-site and during weekends when events are scheduled, subject to lawful working arrangements
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of assigned projects
