About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination and delivery of events and entertainment projects. Working closely with the Events Director, this is a hands-on role supporting event operations, logistics, administration and on-site delivery.

This is a part-time role (3–4 days per week).

What you'll do

• Support the Events Director across multiple events

• Assist with event planning, preparation and administration

• Coordinate and support bump-in and bump-out activities

• Liaise with food vendors and external suppliers

• Assist with ticket box operations and customer enquiries

• Provide excellent customer service before and during events

• Monitor the event enquiries inbox and social media

What you'll bring

• 2–4 years of experience in events is preferred

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Confident written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate computer skills

• Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional presentation and strong customer service skills

• Trustworthy, reliable and able to work autonomously

• Good time management skills

• Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve under pressure
