We're looking for an Events Assistant to join our San Diego team and help deliver engaging events, promotional campaigns, and memorable guest experiences.

You'll be right in the middle of the action, getting spaces ready, welcoming attendees, supporting activities, solving those inevitable last-minute challenges, and working with a team that knows how to get things done while still enjoying the day.

No previous events experience? That's okay. We're happy to train motivated people who bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to jump in.

So, What Does an Events Assistant Actually Do?

Think of yourself as one of the people who helps turn an empty space and a plan into a successful event.

Before things kick off, you'll help organize materials, prepare displays, and make sure everything is ready. Once attendees arrive, you'll switch gears—welcoming people, answering questions, supporting activities, and keeping an eye on the details.

When plans change, you'll help the team adapt and keep things moving.

You'll Get Involved With

• Helping set up event spaces, displays, and promotional materials
• Welcoming attendees and creating a great first impression
• Supporting live activities, promotions, and brand experiences
• Answering questions and providing helpful information
• Keeping event areas organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
• Coordinating materials and supplies throughout the event
• Working closely with teammates to keep schedules on track
• Assisting with event breakdown and post-event organization

Some events may require schedule flexibility, including occasional evenings or weekends. Any scheduling requirements will be communicated in advance.
