Event Assistant

Manhattan Promotions is looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing Event Assistant to join our growing team!

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys events, marketing, working with people, and creating memorable experiences . You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting promotional events and representing well-known brands in a fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of promotional events
• Represent our clients and brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Interact with customers and event attendees
• Help coordinate event logistics, materials, and promotional activities
• Support the team with event setup and breakdown
• Assist with customer engagement and brand presentations
• Communicate with team members to ensure events run smoothly
• Help create a positive and engaging experience for attendees
• Provide feedback and assist with evaluating event performance
