Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and contributing to team goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events.
• Help prepare event spaces, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Generate leads through customer interactions and event activities.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
