Event Assistant

LC Marketing is hiring an Event Assistant to support charity events and community outreach campaigns in Oklahoma City. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being around people, wants to build professional skills, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in events, marketing, and charity.

As an Event Assistant, you’ll help bring charity campaigns to life by supporting event setup, engaging with attendees, sharing information about nonprofit organizations, and helping create positive experiences. You’ll work alongside an energetic team while developing communication, customer service, and event coordination skills.

What You’ll Do

• Support charity events, community campaigns, and promotional activities
• Represent charity organizations professionally at local events
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Engage with attendees and introduce them to charity campaigns
• Share information about charity initiatives and community programs
• Help create an engaging and welcoming event experience
• Support the team with charity outreach and community engagement
• Track event participation and help meet daily goals
• Learn professional event and charity marketing strategies
• Work with team members to make each charity event successful

• Outgoing and comfortable talking with new people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Interested in events, marketing, community outreach, or charity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Previous event, retail, hospitality, customer service, or charity experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
