We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and event operations. Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
• Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
• Answer questions and provide helpful information to attendees.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Assist with lead generation and customer engagement activities.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous event, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
