Event Assistant

Cascada Marbella is one of Marbella’s most beautiful garden restaurants — known for its elegant events, creative gastronomy, and warm atmosphere. We host weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and live experiences throughout the year.

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and emotionally intelligent Events & Marketing Assistant to join our small, hands-on team. You’ll support event planning, guest communication, and marketing coordination — from the first client message to the final champagne toast.

This is not a standard hospitality role — it’s fast-paced, demanding, and deeply rewarding for the right person.

You’re sharp, fast, and naturally organized: you don’t just plan, you think ahead. You love people, details, and making things run smoothly. You write clearly, communicate with tact, and handle pressure with grace.

You’re fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent spelling, grammar, and presentation. You’re confident with computers: you use Excel, Canva, ChatGPT, and social media tools to make things more efficient and creative.

You come from a hardworking background, and you understand that hospitality isn’t glamorous, it’s precision, timing, and emotional intelligence. You don’t crumble when a bride changes her mind or a storm changes the plan. You adapt, smile, and find a solution :)

You’ll be working closely with a driven management team who move fast, expect a lot, and will teach you more in one season than most jobs do in five years. We’re not looking for perfect. We’re looking for strong, smart, grounded peoplewho can handle pressure and care deeply about their work.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Canva, ChatGPT, and social media management

• Experience in hospitality, events, or marketing is a plus

• Organized, proactive, and great with follow-up

• Available to work flexible hours during events (weekends included)

• Based in Marbella or nearby (driver’s licence 100% needed)
