Event Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Event Assistant to help prepare, coordinate, and support events and promotional activities. The successful candidate will assist with event logistics, materials, attendee support, and on-site tasks while working closely with the event team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing event spaces, equipment, displays, and promotional materials.
• Help organize supplies and ensure required materials are available before activities begin.
• Welcome attendees and provide general information about event schedules and activities.
• Support registration, attendee direction, and other event-related tasks.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate responsibilities and address changing needs.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas.
• Monitor inventory of event materials and report shortages when necessary.
• Follow event instructions, company procedures, and applicable safety guidelines.
• Provide general assistance to help events run smoothly and efficiently.
