Responsibilities

• Represent the brand confidently at in-person events, product demos, and promotional activities to attract and engage customers
• Promote products and services through engaging presentations and demonstrations that highlight features and benefits
• Collect data from event interactions to support marketing strategies and customer relationship management
• Manage social media platforms by sharing event updates, engaging followers, and amplifying brand presence online
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional in-person service, answering questions, and addressing objections effectively
• Assist with event marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and encouraging customer participation
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail store products to accurately inform customers and promote sales opportunities

Skills

• Previous food service experience or in-person customer service background is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience managing social media accounts or digital content creation for brand promotion
• Proven ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining positive customer engagement
• Knowledge of retail store products or familiarity with product demos enhances effectiveness in promoting offerings
• Technical proficiency with data collection tools, social media platforms, and basic marketing software
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport quickly, fostering customer loyalty, and representing the brand effectively

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
