Event Assistant for Nonprofit Campaigns

Team help bring nonprofit outreach and fundraising campaigns to life at community events throughout Nashville

We are hiring an entry-level Event Assistant to help prepare campaign displays, represent a nationally recognized nonprofit and support donor engagement during live, in-person campaigns.

This is a public-facing event fundraising position. You will explain the nonprofit’s work and invite interested community members to become donors.

What you’ll do

• Help set up and organize campaign tables, signs and materials
• Welcome and engage people at community and retail campaign locations
• Share accurate information about the nonprofit’s mission and programs
• Answer questions and create a positive attendee experience
• Invite interested individuals to join the monthly donor program
• Assist donors with secure tablet enrollment
• Help with campaign breakdown and organization at the end of the day
