Event Cleaning Staff – Cleaners & Working Supervisor

Location: Liverpool, L8
Hours: Evenings & Weekends

We are currently recruiting for Event Cleaners and an experienced Event Cleaning Working Supervisor to join our team at a busy live event venue in Liverpool.

This is hands-on event cleaning work, so we're looking for reliable people who are happy working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a small team.

Typical Working Hours

Most shifts are evenings and weekends, including:

• 7:00pm – 2:00am approximately for events
• Occasional weekday shifts of approximately 5:00pm – 11:00pm

Finish times can vary depending on the event, so flexibility is important.

Event Cleaners

You will work as part of a small cleaning team, helping to keep the venue clean, safe and presentable while events are taking place, followed by cleaning the venue once the event has finished.

Duties will include:

• Cleaning throughout live events
• Responding to cleaning requirements as they arise
• Keeping public and event areas clean and presentable
• Completing the post-event clean as part of the team
• Working closely with the supervisor and other team members

Previous cleaning experience is required, ideally within events, hospitality or another busy environment.

Event Cleaning Working Supervisor

Alongside cleaning duties, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a small team of approximately 3–4 cleaning staff throughout the event.

Duties will include:

• Organising and supporting the cleaning team
• Monitoring standards throughout the event
• Making sure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently
• Communicating with the on-site client, event organisers and other departments
• Using a two-way radio to coordinate the team and respond to requests
• Working alongside the team when required

For the supervisor position, previous cleaning supervisory/team leader experience is essential, preferably within large events or a similar fast-paced environment.
