Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting event areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and floor polishers.
• Manage sanitation protocols by correctly handling chemicals and using personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety for yourself and others.
• Conduct janitorial duties such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and laundry services for linens or uniforms as needed.
• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks related to setting up or breaking down event spaces.
• Follow infection control procedures diligently to prevent contamination and ensure a safe environment for all attendees and staff.

Experience

• Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance ensures efficient task completion.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
