Event, Client & Digital Marketing Coordination

Preferred candidate profile

Event Logistics

• Coordinate venue selection, catering arrangements, audio visual equipment rental, and event decorations.
• Ensure smooth setup and timely execution of all logistical elements.

Promotional Materials

• Develop brochures, flyers, and presentation decks to promote tour packages and events.
• Maintain brand consistency and professional design standards across all materials.

Client Communication (Korean Clients)

• Handle queries from Korean clients via phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and timely responses, ensuring cultural sensitivity and language clarity.
• Support translation or bilingual communication where required.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
• Manage SEO, content creation, and paid advertising to increase visibility of tour packages and events.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for management.
• Engage audiences through creative posts, blogs, and interactive content to strengthen brand presence.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high quality service standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver seamless experiences.
