About the role

KREASIA MICE & PRODUCTION is seeking creative talent who can develop ideas and transform client briefs into attractive, fresh, and executable event concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and concepts for events
• Translate client briefs into themes, storylines, and event experiences
• Create concepts for corporate events, gatherings, conferences, launches, gala dinners, activations, and similar
• Prepare attractive proposals and presentation decks
• Develop ideas for rundowns, entertainment, games, gimmicks, and engagement
• Collaborate with Creative, Design, Production, and Project teams
• Conduct research on event trends and find the latest creative references
• Present concepts to internal teams and clients

About you

• Creative, communicative, and possess strong conceptual thinking
• Able to develop ideas from brief to mature concept
• Have storytelling and copywriting abilities
• Experienced in creating proposals and presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
• Proficiency in using AI tools for event concept development is highly preferred**.**
• Updated with event trends, entertainment, technology, and digital experience
• Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Experience in Event Organizer, MICE, or Creative Agency is a plus
• Fresh graduates with attractive portfolios are welcome to apply
