Event Coordinator & Concierge (Permanent)

About the role

The Event Coordinator & Concierge manages guest experiences and event operations at The Breeze Village, an integrated outdoor event venue in Yuen Long. You will welcome guests, coordinate event logistics, liaise with vendors, and supervise on-site operations for outdoor BBQ parties, corporate events and private celebrations across a 120,000 sq ft venue hosting up to 1,000 guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage venue check-in and check-out, and conduct site tours presenting facilities and event packages
• Handle enquiries and bookings via phone, WhatsApp and social media, and prepare event proposals and quotations
• Develop run-of-show schedules, manpower plans and logistics checklists
• Coordinate venue setup and teardown, and liaise with vendors including décor, audio-visual, F&B and entertainment suppliers
• Supervise on-site operations for outdoor BBQ parties, corporate events and private celebrations
• Implement safety measures and weather contingency plans for rain, extreme heat and typhoons
• Respond to guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally and conduct post-event follow-up
• Maintain the presentation of front-of-house areas and follow up on facility maintenance

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, clubhouse, hotel or venue operations; outdoor clubhouse, campsite or event venue experience is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and booking systems
• Proactive, service-minded and detail-oriented, able to stay composed under pressure

The Breeze Village is an integrated outdoor event venue in Yuen Long, operated by TLCBBQ, a Hong Kong BBQ operator established in 2003. Set across approximately 120,000 sq ft of natural grass, palm-lined gardens and standalone air-conditioned cabins, the venue hosts up to 1,000 guests and is guided by the philosophy of "Nature · Food · Slow Living." Highlights include Aura Garden, a 5,000 sq ft transparent marquee for weddings, graduation ceremonies and banquets, as well as a 9,000 sq ft event lawn, day camping tents and pet-friendly facilities.
