Event Coordinator

About the role

This is an Event Coordinator position responsible for coordinating marketing activities, liaising with external agencies, suppliers, and outsourcing partners to produce promotional materials, decorative equipment, and internal structures in line with brand CI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities and liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and outsource partners to produce promotional materials, decorative equipment, and internal structures aligned with brand CI
• Manage event sites, control setup and run event activities (Roadshow, Launch Event, Exhibition) according to plan and professionally resolve on-site issues
• Manage documents, purchase orders (PO), track budgets, and summarize event results reports (Key Metrics) to measure marketing success
• Coordinate internally and work collaboratively with internal teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Event Marketing, Event Organizer, or Marketing Coordinator roles
• Understanding of event management processes from pre-event preparation to post-event evaluation
• Negotiation skills to deal with suppliers to obtain quality work at appropriate prices
• Ability to manage documents accurately and work under tight timelines
• Ability to travel for work outside the office or work on holidays as per activity schedule
