Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 1 month, part-time (5–10 hours per week), primarily remote. Must be available onsite in Los Angeles, California, from October 8–11, with 24-hour availability during the event period.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-event planning, coordination, logistics, scheduling, and administrative activities.
• Create and update event decks and presentation materials.
• Research vendors and obtain and compare bids for rental items, including PA systems, furniture, and other equipment.
• Coordinate vendors and support event logistics before and during the event.
• Provide hands-on onsite support from October 8–11, including setup, breakdown, and other event-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience supporting events, activations, brand pop-ups, sporting events, or similar experiences; sporting event experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience researching vendors and comparing rental bids.
• Proficiency creating presentation decks and using scheduling tools; able to work independently and adapt to changing event needs.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and assist with physical event setup and breakdown.
