Event Coordinator

Hello from table&candle!

We are looking for a highly organised candidate with a passion for food & solid event or hospitality experience to join the table&candle team and help to manage the operations for our fine dining pop-up restaurants.

ABOUT TABLE&CANDLE

Table&Candle runs fine-dining pop-up restaurants throughout London & Netherlands with some of the world's finest chefs.

THE ROLE - EVENT OPERATIONS

• Preparing in an organised and timely fashion the key elements for the weekend events including rota, guestlist and dietaries, ordering & organising drinks inventory.

• Coordinating and overseeing the event staff communications

• Contributing the creative execution of the events ranging from event design, food and drink

• Looking after the Chefs & their requirements

• Using & developing systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability of the routine tasks

LOCATIONS

The role is a combination of Work-From-Home and from our office in Islington, London.

Driving License preferred but not required.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
