What they need
Do You...
- Love making detailed timelines and checking things off a list?

- Thrive on good communication, great organization, and epic party vibes?
If you're nodding while holding a clipboard — you might be our next Event Coordinator.
The Gig (AKA The Behind-the-Scenes Hero)
At Complete Weddings + Events, we create once-in-a-lifetime celebrations — and our Event Coordinators make sure they run smoothly from “I do” to the last dance. You’ll be the go-to person on the day-of, ensuring every detail stays on track and every vendor plays their part.
We handle the client booking and planning — you step in as the on-site professional who keeps the day flowing flawlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Arrive early, communicate with vendors, venue, and wedding party
- Keep everything running according to the timeline (or fix it when it doesn't)
- Problem-solve like a boss while keeping your cool
- Be the point of contact so the couple can actually enjoy their day
- Look polished, act professional, and vibe with everyone from grandma to groomsmen
- Pack up, say thank you, and leave with hugs (and sometimes cake)
What You Need:
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- A calm, friendly, take-charge personality
- Weekend availability (especially Saturdays)
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance
- Confidence managing timelines, vendors, and people with tact and warmth
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs (decor, kits, or emergency umbrellas)
Perks & Payoffs:
- Paid training & support — we’ll get you ready to own the role
- Flexible part-time schedule — perfect for those with weekday commitments
- Bonuses and client tips
- Experience that builds leadership, hospitality, and event management skills
- You get to help people have the best day of their lives — and that’s pretty awesome
You Might Be Our Perfect Coordinator If You:
- Are both type-A and people-loving
- Can manage a million moving parts without breaking a sweat
- Know when to take charge and when to stay invisible
- Believe every event deserves heart, hustle, and magic
- Love solving problems on the fly and making it look easy
How to Apply
Send us a quick intro, your availability, and why you're ready to run the show behind the scenes. Bonus points if you’ve coordinated events before — but we’re happy to train the right person.
