Event Coordinator

Tokens& produces high signal technical events supporting the engineers, founders and companies building the future. We host hackathons all across the year across the globe.

We are looking for someone to help run IRL AI hackathons in London with partners like OpenAI, AWS, DeepMind, Anthropic, Cursor & more. You will own day-of event ops at our hackathons — things like logistics, managing volunteers, judging & keeping the event on schedule.

This is a paid part-time/per- event gig. If it’s a good fit, we can work together regularly across many events across the globe.
