Event Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events successfully. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams.
• Manage event schedules, budgets, logistics, and arrangements.
• Handle registrations, guest communication, and event-related inquiries.
• Ensure smooth event execution and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor event progress and prepare post-event reports.
• Support promotional activities and maintain professional client relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and event management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
