About the Role

InMind Global is looking for an experienced Event Coordinator / Director to plan and manage a one-time company event. This is a short-term engagement for the full duration of event planning and execution, ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines and enjoys bringing an event to life from the ground up. Fresh graduates with relevant experience (e.g. through university events, societies, or internships) are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all stages of the event, from initial concept to final execution

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Manage event timelines, budgets, and on-the-day logistics

• Represent the event professionally in meetings and presentations with stakeholders

• Troubleshoot issues on short notice and keep all parties aligned throughout

Requirements

• Experience arranging or managing an event (corporate, social, university-level, or similar) — fresh graduates with relevant project or society experience are welcome to apply

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and people-management abilities

• Comfortable working independently on a fixed 2-month engagement

• Based in or able to work from Faisalabad for the duration of the role

Engagement Details

• Duration: 2 months

• Type: One-time, event-based contract (not a permanent position)
